Svyxaronoph provides personal styling consultation services. This Return and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures for appointment cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.
Understanding Our Services
Our services consist of personal styling consultations, wardrobe audits, shopping assistance, and style coaching. These are professional consultation services that are provided in real-time and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once a consultation or styling session has been completed, the service has been delivered.
Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business:
- 24 Hours or More: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
- Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price. Alternatively, you may reschedule once without penalty, subject to availability.
- No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, no refund will be provided, and rescheduling will be subject to full payment.
Rescheduling Policy
We are happy to reschedule your appointment if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee. You may reschedule your appointment up to two times without penalty, provided adequate notice is given.
Refund Policy
Completed Services
Once a styling consultation or service has been completed, it is considered delivered, and no refunds will be provided. This is because our services involve the delivery of professional expertise, time, and personalized advice that cannot be returned.
Uncompleted Services
If you have purchased a service package and have not yet used all included sessions, the following applies:
- Refunds for unused portions of service packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Any completed sessions will be deducted from the refund amount at their individual service rate
- Processing fees may apply to refund requests
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of purchase
Unsatisfactory Service
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. We are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues. Refund requests for unsatisfactory service will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation of the specific concerns.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates purchased from Svyxaronoph:
- Are valid for one year from the date of purchase
- Cannot be refunded once purchased, except as required by law
- May be transferred to another person
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
Payment Processing and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Force Majeure and Emergency Situations
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, severe weather, or other emergencies), we will work with clients to reschedule appointments or provide refunds as appropriate. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, and in such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible.
Special Circumstances
We understand that life circumstances can be unpredictable. If you have a special situation (medical emergency, family emergency, etc.) that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation individually and may offer accommodations or exceptions to our standard policy.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, please contact us first to resolve the matter directly. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes. If we cannot resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may have rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your appointment. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
